Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations.

Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Some orders may ship in multiple packages if items are fulfilled from different warehouse locations. There is no additional shipping charge when this happens.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery address. We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Free shipping on all orders over $50.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or weather events outside our control.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking updates can take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@petbrio.co within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging where applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

RETURN POLICY

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all accessories included. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Return an Item

Email hello@petbrio.co with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Do not ship anything back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Once your return is approved, we will send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address. The address on your original shipping label is not a valid return address.

Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your receipt.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Some items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% depending on the condition of the returned item. If a restocking fee applies to your return, we will let you know before you ship anything back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Opened or used consumables including food, treats, and supplements
• Used soft goods including beds and blankets that show wear or pet hair
• Opened grooming or hygiene products
• Items marked Final Sale on the product page

We reserve the right to refuse returns that fall outside the 30-day window, are not in original condition, or show signs of use or contamination.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, request a return for the original and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us at hello@petbrio.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. We will advise whether the item needs to be returned, disposed of, or donated.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. To request a cancellation, email hello@petbrio.co as soon as possible with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the standard return process if eligible.

PetBrio is a curated enrichment store for dogs and cats. We hand-select every product in our catalog against one standard: does it genuinely engage your pet's mind, instincts, or senses in a meaningful way? We do not stock everything. We stock the right things: puzzle feeders, lick mats, snuffle mats, wand toys, and interactive games that make a real difference in how your pet spends their day. If it did not meet that standard, it is not here.

Enrichment toys need to be kept clean. Residue from food, treats, and saliva builds up quickly and affects both hygiene and your pet's willingness to re-engage with the toy. After each use, rinse or wipe down the product and allow it to dry fully before storing. For toys used with wet food, peanut butter, or soft treats, wash thoroughly with warm water and mild dish soap. Most silicone products in our catalog are dishwasher safe on the top rack; check the individual product for guidance. Always supervise your pet during the first few uses with any new toy and inspect regularly for signs of wear, chewing damage, or broken parts. Damaged toys should be retired and replaced.
